Daniel Villarroel is AVP, Integrated Marketing, Multicultural, for Maybelline New York-Garnier-essie, a consumer products division of L’Oreal USA. He offers more than 20 years of strategic marketing experience in the beauty industry. His accomplishments include driving marketing initiatives that established Garnier Fructis as a top player in the US as well as propelling the growth of all Maybelline New York and Garnier brands with the U.S. Hispanic consumer.

Over the years, Villarroel was tapped to expand his responsibilities to include strategizing, creating and spearheading general market experiential marketing programs as well as developing and overseeing integrated marketing initiatives for the Maybelline New York-Garnier-essie brands.
