It’s now known that many human resources departments across the country have been accused of mishandling sexual harassment complaints—or even being complicit. Love it or hate it, in the past year action was sparked by anonymous social media whistleblowers, not HR departments. In this session, we will discuss the role of HR and its power or lack thereof, and how to change the dynamics and bias that ultimately shape the impact that great HR professionals can have in our agencies.
