Faith Kates
In 1989, Faith founded NEXT Model Management. Under Faith’s direction as Co-President, Next has grown from a small group of models to one of the largest international modeling agencies today with offices in New York, Miami, Los Angeles, London, Paris and Milan. Faith’s success is largely due to her sharp business sense combined with the nurturing relationships she has formed with her models. Faith has overseen the careers of several top models including Molly Sims, Joy Bryant, Anja Rubik, Arizona Muse, Suvi Koponen, Abbey Lee, Malgosia Bela, Milla Jovovich and Cody horn to name a few.
In addition to Faith’s professional career she is very philanthropic and has spent many tireless hours raising money for various charities. She was the President of The Ovarian Cancer Research Fund (OCRF) for 10 years. As a co-founder and original member of the Executive Board for 15 years, Faith was instrumental in transforming OCRF into one of the nation’s leading and most active women’s health charities. In her role as President, Faith had forged strong relationships and strategic partnerships with leading industry heads and corporation and had garnered national attention for ovarian cancer and rose over $30 million dollars for research. Faith was the key figure in OCRF’s considerable fundraising success, most notably, Super Saturday which she created. Super Saturday is OCRF’s signature fundraiser which is held yearly in the Hamptons for the last 16 years. She also created the Legends Gala, a black tie gala and silent auction, which continues to take place annually.
Born and raised in Long Island, New York, Faith graduated from the University of Maryland. In 1993, she married Jeffrey Kogan, a successful Real Estate investor. They are the proud parents of three children. Together the family resides in their homes in New York and Long Island.
