Our session will cover why Mental Health should be a priority for all businesses in 2019, starting with MediaCom's Mental Health story. We will demonstrate how introducing an allies scheme has improved our culture, giving guests the tools they need to implement similar initiatives. The session will feature advice from MediaCom's expert and lead facilitator at Mental Health at Work, Maggi Rose, who will lead a mini training session, offering attendees an interactive demonstration of the training MediaCom's own allies recieved.
