After an extensive career in the independent production sector at companies such as Brighter Pictures, Endemol, At It Productions and Tiger Aspect, Beren joined Channel 5 in 2011 to set up the broadcaster’s in-house production unit. 5Production has since developed and produced more than 50 hours of programming, including Marco Pierre White’s Kitchen Wars, Criminals Caught on Camera, Celebrity Super Spa and the …and Proud brand. Beren’s track record in creating brand funded formats includes Transmission with T-Mobile (C4), Red Bull Rivals (C4) and Britain’s Best Brain with Nintendo (five), and whilst at 5Production: Wonga presents Go Hard or Go Home and Littlewoods presents The Great Christmas Toy Giveaway.
