Sarah is passionate about using yoga to connect the mind, body, and breath. As a health coach and yoga teacher at Cultivate Good, she sees how our lifestyle affects our stress, physical bodies, and thoughts. Sarah has been teaching yoga for over four years and focuses on building a community with her students. Her students say she is a smart, relatable, funny, and motivational teacher.
