Strand Conover

Strand Conover is an agent and partner at WME, the talent and literary agency, which is a subsidiary of Endeavor Group Holdings, LLC where he has worked for 18 years in the Brand Partnership Division. Strand specializes in forging strategic alliances across a broad range of industries, brands and products with high profile actors, directors, recording artists, experts and creators. His dealmaking includes traditional and non-traditional talent and talent partnerships involving a wide spectrum of deliverables, promotional mediums and compensation structures. Prior to becoming an agent trainee, Strand majored in Film Studies at Yale University. Originally from Freeport, Maine, Strand resides with his wife and two children in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn and works in WME’s Manhattan office.
