Matthew Lalin

Matthew has built his life around relationships, using them as the foundation to build a trustworthy, dynamic and unique entertainment and influencer marketing group with his longtime colleague and friend Jared Weiss, founded in 2007. The company was acquired by Real Chemistry in 2020 and in the past two years has expanded its concept of “Hollywood and health care” into broad and impactful partnerships, collaborations and campaigns that are setting a new standard for reaching patients in authentic ways. Matthew has conceived, negotiated and executed marketing campaigns for a world class roster of brands including Bayer, Colgate-Palmolive, Diageo, Estée Lauder Companies, JDRF, Novo Nordisk, and Pfizer. His 20+ years of experience, unwavering loyalty to his clients and intuitive negotiation abilities have created $400MM+ worth of entertainment, music and sport partnerships. After graduating from University of Albany Business School in 1998, Matthew began his marketing career at Omnicom.
