Jun Miyamoto oversees Nielsen Global Media business in Japan market. He is responsible for Nielsen's 3R (Reach, Resonance, Reaction) strategy with a focus on the online and digital domains, as well as Nielsen's Measurement Solutions, Marketing Solutions, Content Solutions portfolio and overseas data services.
In January 2012, Jun joined Nielsen, where he was responsible for the sales and analytics division, and was appointed President of Nielsen Digital K.K. in December 2014.
In March 2019, he was appointed as Board of Director of Grace Note K.K. and from August 2021, he serves as a co-representative of Nielsen Media Japan G.K., where he is responsible for the overall management of Nielsen Global Media's business in Japan market.
Before joining Nielsen, he worked at a major foreign IT research and advisory firm, where he was responsible for planning, sales and business management of marketing research and general marketing consulting.
