Allegra Krishnan

As McDonald’s Vice President and Chief Loyalty, Engagement & Media Officer, Allegra Krishnan oversees global Loyalty, CRM, Personalization, Martech/Adtech, Customer Data Strategy, Media & Market Activation teams. She leverages solutions as a path to long-term brand Loyalty, creating interactions that go beyond transactions and result in deeper connections between customers and McDonald’s. Since joining in 2021, Allegra has been the driving force behind MyMcDonald’s Rewards, the global loyalty program fueling growth in 50+ countries.


Growth is central to Allegra’s brand. She utilizes her expertise in Loyalty and CRM across McDonald’s Global Marketing, Technology and Operations teams with the goal to create the largest, most customer-centric Loyalty and CRM program in the world.


Prior to McDonald’s, Allegra led Loyalty, Payments & Consumer Insights at Sephora, reinventing the Beauty Insider program. Earlier, she was at Gap Inc. leading CRM/Personalization & Payments for Old Navy.
