Karuna Rawal

Karuna Rawal is President, Groupe Client Lead for the Leo Burnett Group. In this role, she leads a portfolio of key CPG and retail clients and is responsible for driving business and digital transformation by leveraging omnichannel capabilities from across the Publicis Groupe. Previously she was President, Arc USA and Chief Strategy Officer for Arc Worldwide, Leo Burnett's brand activation agency. She brings over 25 years of experience in brand management and shopper marketing across the CPG, retail and healthcare industries. Under her leadership, Arc was consistently the most awarded agency in the Shopper Marketing space.
More recently, Karuna was the lead strategist on the wildly successful P&G Always #LikeAGirl campaign which won 14 Lions at the Cannes Festival 2015, including the coveted Titanium Lion, an inaugural Glass Lion for promoting gender equality, a Grand Prix, 7 Gold as well as over 40 additional marquee industry awards.
