Federico (Fede) Carranza Kopper was recently appointed Head of LatAm at Uber Advertising, where he leads the growth and innovation of Uber’s advertising solutions across the region. With over 20 years of international experience, Fede has built and led teams across consumer goods, consumer electronics, auto, finance, travel and technology, driving business transformation across North and Latin America.
Before joining Uber, he held leadership roles at Amazon (Mexico, Brazil, and USA), Spotify (Mexico), Google (Mexico and USA), EF Education First, (Mexico, UK and Chile) and E&J Gallo Winery (USA and Mexico). He also co-founded a consultancy focused on digital transformation and early AI adoption, helping organizations embrace emerging technologies to scale their impact.
Fede earned his degree from The University of Kansas, and later pursued postgraduate studies at HULT International Business School, as well as completed executive education programs at Harvard Business School and Duke University.
