Matheus Barros

After leading the AXE brand as a marketer at Unilever, Matheus, joined the advertising industry over 9 years ago to built from the ground up CUBOCC's digital media operation. Now one of the top 3 of it's kind in the market.

As the CUBOCC COO, Matheus led the company to double its size in one year and to win blue-chip accounts such as Google and Mondelez. In 2011 he co-founded FLAGCX, a 350+ people holding of marketing solution companies that include full service creative and media agencies, media solutions and digital and film studios, by architecting the business model for exponential growth and fast change.

In 2013 Matheus launched CADREON in Brazil, one of the first, and now the largest programmatic solution in the country. He is currently the CEO for the USA office in New York where he leads the group global expansion and was considered top 50 most innovative marketing professionals in Brazil in 2014 and one of 2016 AdAge's 40 under 40 list.
