Sebastián Tonda

Sebastian Tonda is a professional marketer with a bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies by Universidad Iberoamericana.

In 2009, he co-founded Flock, leading digital & creative agency in the country, according to Agency Scope Mexico 2015 and 2017, survey conducted by Grupo Consultores every other year.

He participated in the foundation of Swam, the first market research digital agency in Latin America, and Mercared, digital marketing Company focused on SME's. He is investor and advisor of several tech startups as Zoomd, Clinch y Klustera, among others.

In 2012, Singularity University (a global institution dedicated to inspire and empower leaders to face the great challenges of humankind through knowledge and exponential technology development), named him ambassador on his continuous search for social and technological innovation.

Before starting his professional life as an entrepreneur, he worked at Cinepolis where he helped re-invent and grow Cinepolis VIP. The next step was Televisa, the world's largest Spanish-speaking media group, where he developed a successful role as Marketing Director of both Televisa Interactive Media and Televisa Publishing group.

Passionate about the digital world as a cultural phenomenon, Sebastian invests his free time studying the technological milestones that will shape humanity and meditating as well.
In 2016, Flock joined one of the most important global communication groups: Dentsu Aegis Network, with the highest growth worldwide. Flock Linked by Isobar received its name due to its association to Isobar, DAN's digital marketing global agency.

Currently Sebastian is President of AMAP, the Mexican Association of Advertising Agencies.
