Maren Lau is Facebook’s Agency Director for Latin America, leading the company’s strategic conversations with agencies in the region.
Her team builds value for agencies and their clients across Facebook and Instagram’s suite of advanced business solutions. She is based in Facebook’s regional hub of Buenos Aires, from where she coordinates teams in Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, and Mexico.
Prior to joining Facebook in 2017, Maren was a partner and CMO at the digital marketing company IMS, where she implemented sales and marketing strategies for global technology companies and helped scale the operation in Latin America. Before that she was at American Express and Hill+Knowlton in New York City.
Born in Maui, Hawaii, Maren graduated magna cum laude from Harvard University and has an MBA in Marketing and Finance from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
