Join us for this session with Nigel Redman, ex England Rugby player and currently Head of Performance Team Development for British Swimming, where he will be exploring the importance of Performing Under Pressure.
We will be taken through a story telling approach and the application of Nigel’s experience working with teams and how they improved performance. This will enable individuals to see how they can create a realistic competitive advantage in their chosen field using examples from his experience in sport. He will also cover brain and body physiology with a unique approach to mind strength development which is interactive, innovative and great fun!
