Rania Robinson

Rania came to the UK from Egypt at the age of 3. Starting school at 4 not speaking a word of English, sparked a life-long passion for and fascination with forming connections and meaningful communication.
A passionate exponent of diversity in the workplace she has been responsible for redressing the balance of female representation within the agency where female creatives are now equal to male, and 50% of the senior management team are women. She’s a director of community interest company Create Not Hate, founded off the back of an initiative founded by husband and business partner Trevor Robinson OBE in 2007. It’s aim is to bring underrepresented young people into the creative industries whilst also tackling social issues that affect them every day. Rania features in Campaign’s A List of the most influential industry figures and is on the executive committee for WACL (an organisation whose aim is to accelerate gender equality in the advertising and communication industry).
