Kimi Gilbert

Kimi Gilbert is a Managing Partner at the Future Factory, a leading business development consultancy that advises some of the world’s best agencies, from independents through to the large global networks. For the past decade, she has supported and led the new business drive for hundreds of agencies, both in the UK and abroad. Kimi has delivered training for The Drum, the DBA, the APA, YCN, and the PRCA. She is a mentor on the Mayor of London’s Business Growth Programme, where she coaches creative businesses on their growth strategy.
