Audrey Melofchik
Audrey is the Chief Executive Officer of Wunderman Thompson North America, responsible for overseeing the agency’s operations and growth across the region.
Audrey spent eight years at J. Walter Thompson from 2003-2011 as a business director on Cadbury-Adams, Kraft, Jenny Craig, and J&J. In 2021, she left JWT for a 10-year sabbatical at Omnicom; first leading digital agency Organic’s NY office, then piloting the data-led Cortex model globally for HP at BBDO and finally, serving as President of DDB NY.
She came home to Wunderman Thompson in May of 2021 to lead the NY office and was promoted to CEO of NA later that year.
Known for her strong work ethic, no-nonsense workstyle, openness, and collaborative approach, Audrey is a highly sought-after leader by clients and teams alike.
As an industry advocate, Audrey is also deeply involved in mentoring and growing the next generation of diverse leaders through her involvement in the All Stars Project and She Runs It.
