As Omnicom's first Global Director of Content & Culture, Ro Kalonaros brings Omnicom's culture to life for the company’s global workforce and clients. She relaunched and rebranded OMC Hive, Omnicom's internal knowledge-sharing platform, designed to provide key business intelligence and culture for 200+ agencies and 70,000+ employees within the network. This work has allowed her to articulate and operationalize workplace culture at Omnicom and beyond, speaking on the subject at major conferences and events.
Ro also hosts Adweek's newest podcast, Marketer Momentum. She is happiest when she's helping others and does so through mentorship and professional development for young talent in the industry. She is a champion of the LGBTQIA+ community as a member of the OPEN Pride global leadership board at Omnicom and Director of Intelligence at Do the WeRQ.
