In this session...

Today’s consumers, more than ever, look to retailers that make public commitments to diversity and equity. Roundel, Target’s media company, has established the Roundel Media Fund program for black-owned businesses and founders to offset the cost of marketing programs at Target. Roundel is committed to awarding more than $25M in media to BIPOC brands by 2025.

Gain insight into how Target delivered on its larger DE&I programs and initiatives, and learn how organizations can develop creative ways to support BIPOC brands.
