I have the privilege of leading the incredible global team building, managing and growing Target's retail media network, Roundel. Collectively, we're building upon Target's values of drive, inclusivity, and connection to build the most successful media business in the game. And we're having a lot of fun along the way! Prior to joining Target, I spent 13 years at Google where I led teams across multiple industries. I started my career in Healthcare but I'd be lying if I said that didn't feel like a lifetime ago! I have a passion for creating and growing amazing teams, exploring what's possible, and driving action.
