Amy joined DIRECTV in 2011, and transformed the national direct response and digital sales organizations to a solution-based sales approach by delivering the best return on the investment to the advertiser. Under her leadership, DirecTV’s earnings and growth have significantly outpaced the market.

As an early member of AT&T’s addressable TV advertising business, Amy moved into a new role as the Head of Sales Planning & Operations for the new Advertising & Analytics division of AT&T, now Xandr, in 2018.

She continues to revolutionize the business with her team, thinking up new possibilities to make the largest household addressable advertising TV platform even better, while anchoring Xandr’s media sales team with her breadth of operational know-how.
