Gail Horwood

Gail Horwood is the CMO of Kellogg North America, leading marketing transformation and the brand-building and planning functions. Gail oversees the consumer experience—including content, CRM, digital, design, media, retail promotion, and shopper marketing—and manages the agency and partnership ecosystem.

Prior to Kellogg, Gail was Vice President of Worldwide Digital Strategy at Johnson & Johnson. In that role, Gail led digital transformation and was responsible for marketing-capability development and acceleration, digital and social media activation, marketing technology and analytics, and data and e-commerce.

Gail has held executive creative and digital/e-commerce roles at Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia, Time Inc., Conde Nast and Zagat Survey, and was a founder and editor-in-chief of the award-winning food site ‪Epicurious. Gail holds a B.A. in Art History from Colby College.
