Pablo Torre

Pablo S. Torre joined ESPN.com and ESPN The Magazine as a senior writer in October 2012. He also appears regularly on the ESPN television shows Around the Horn and The Sports Reporters, while working as a backup host for Highly Questionable. Torre arrived at ESPN after a stint at Sports Illustrated, where he was a staff writer reporting investigative pieces on topics as far-ranging as athletes and their financial struggles to transgender athletes. He has written extensively on the up-and-down career of Jeremy Lin and contributed greatly to The Mag’s NBA coverage with pieces on the rise of biometric testing in the league and the tanking Philadelphia 76ers. Torre graduated from Harvard in 2007 with a degree in sociology. He lives in New York City.
