Ted Florea is Chief Strategy Officer of Partners + Napier, NYC. Prior to joining PNYC, Ted served as Head of Brand Strategy at Droga5, Group Strategy Director at Goodby Silverstein & Partners, and Planning Director at JWT. Ted has developed effective, purpose-driven brand strategies for over 50 clients including the Outdoor Advertising Association of America, Lufthansa, Prudential, Chevrolet, Hyundai, Netflix, Coca-Cola, PepsiCo Frito-Lay, De Beers, Smirnoff, and UNICEF. Ted believes in grounding advertising and marketing efforts in the lives of real people in order to build brands from the group up – brands built on solid, purposeful strategies designed to create real-world impact.
