Rishi Daing

Rishi currently manages a marketing team responsible for governance, strategy and marketing for brand Pepsi, US.
In his 13 year career at PepsiCo, he has held various operating and strategic jobs in the US and Europe across various functions including Strategy, Brand Marketing (Mountain Dew, Aquafina, Pepsi), Innovation (product & packaging) and Business Development (Energy, Gatorade). In 2008 he moved from the US business unit to the Europe sector where he led the non-carbonated beverage agenda. He returned to the US in 2010, and led PepsiCo’s global marketing agenda for Mountain Dew, Mirinda and 7UP (international) brands. In 2012 he moved back to the domestic US business unit and is now responsible for marketing brand Pepsi.
In his PepsiCo career, he has received 2 Chairman’s Awards and 4 Star Awards and was a founding member and President of PepsiCo’s Asian Network. Rishi has a MBA from the University of Kent, UK. He currently lives in New York City with his fashion merchandiser wife of 10 years.
