Changes in consumer lifestyles will have a profound impact on UX as well as how digital technology is used. With the increasing popularity of E-commerce, D2C brands, the rise of live commerce, and remote customer service, the last two months alone have brought many changes to the purchasing channels and brand communication around the world.
