Kristof Neirynck

Since 2022, Kristof has been the Global Chief Marketing Officer and member of the Executive Leadership Team at Avon, a relationship selling beauty business with c. 20,000 employees, with products sold through more than 5 million independent Representatives in over 50 countries and delivering total revenue of appr $4bn. In 2023, Kristof took on additional responsibility at Avon as Managing Director for the Western Europe region.

Prior to Avon, Kristof was the Chief Marketing Officer for Global Brands at Walgreens Boots Alliance (WBA), where he was responsible for the portfolio of 20+ WBA owned brands across Beauty and Consumer Healthcare, representing over 4$bn in sales globally. His portfolio included brands such as No7, Liz Earle, Soap&Glory, Sleek, Botanics, Boots, Walgreens, etc. Before WBA, Kristof held key leadership positions at P&G’s Prestige, Laundry and Feminine Care divisions, working on key brands such as Gucci, Ariel, Always, etc.
