With a passion for brand development, strategic planning, media and communications, Chris is driven by a desire to understand consumer behaviour and exceed their needs, and excited about the new opportunities technology and data continue to bring to marketing.

Over the last 20 years Chris has worked for first direct, HSBC, Jaguar Land Rover, M&S Bank and The Co-operative Bank. During this time, he’s built a strong reputation by successfully planning and delivering high profile national campaigns.

In his current role, as Head of Brand & Marketing for first direct, Chris is responsible for the development and execution of the first direct brand strategy and identity, marketing strategy and communications plan, across the full range of channels and media.
