Daniel Dove

Dan has over 14 years of experience in the luxury hospitality industry with a strong background in bartender training and event and restaurant management with his expertise centred around trend building, beverage marketing and service and menu innovation. As part of his current role at Diageo, Dan is committed to creating unique, memorable and luxury experiences in the top 1% of bars and drinks events around the world and his aim is to challenge consumer perception around drinking to encourage consumers to be more aspirational in their choices. Dan also spends much of his time as an international judge for one of the world’s largest and most prestigious bartender competitions, World Class.

His drive, like World Class, is to make people care about how, why and where they drink.
