Angela Hartnett

Angela Hartnett, MBE, is the chef and restauranteur behind the Cafe Murano restaurants in St. James and Covent Garden, Merchants Tavern in Shoreditch and Mayfair’s Murano, for which she holds a Michelin star. Angela is known for her sophisticated yet simple, Italy-inspired cooking. She has two cookbooks to her name, Cucina and Angela’s Kitchen.
