Vanessa Kingori MBE has worked for prestigious magazine publishing house, Conde Nast UK, for the last eight years and has enjoyed unprecedented success during her tenure. Her most recent promotion in March 2015 saw Vanessa appointed Publisher of British GQ magazine and the wider GQ brand. This milestone makes Vanessa the first female head of the male-targeted brand in its quarter of a century history, the youngest serving Publisher within the company, and the first black Publisher at Conde Nast UK.
Vanessa's extensive networks saw her listed as one of the UK's 20 Most Influential Black Britons under 40 in 2013 by the Powerlist magazine. This was elevated to one of the UK's overall Most Influential Black Briton’s on the 2016 and 2017 lists. Vanessa was bestowed an MBE on the Queen's 90th Birthday Honors Lists, 2016. In the same year, she was awarded 2016's 'Leader in Luxury' at the Walpole British Luxury Awards.
