Lucy Clayton is CEO of Community Clothing, a social enterprise founded in 2016 by British fashion designer Patrick Grant. The organisation is committed to restoring pride, creating jobs and making clothes within British textile and garment making communities.
Lucy’s career began in NYC at one of the first online fashion startups, followed by stints at major brands including the BBC, Kellogg's, HSBC, Rimmel London and Conde Nast – not forgetting institutions such as The Lady Magazine and the Playboy Mansion! As a Board Director at J Walter Thompson in London, Lucy ran Graduate Recruitment & Training indulging her passion for discovering and mentoring new talent.
