There is a growing trend in the USA to bring more agency services expertise in-house. The conversations ISBA are having with their advertiser members also point to this trend, but we currently have no empirical data on the UK market. In order to establish some key insights and trends in the use of in-house and on-site agency expertise ISBA commissioned a research project working in conjunction with Oliver Marketing and Future Thinking. Using the ISBA membership, of major advertisers spending over £10b on communications per annum, as our base. At this session we will share highlights of the key insights and trends uncovered.
