Mindshare brings its celebrated Huddle festival to AWE. Huddles dive into the issues discussed in the main AWE seminars, bringing together the key speakers from that day with a mix of leading media players, entrepreneurs, academics and amateurs. In intimate groups, someone introduces a topic. Everyone discusses it. It’s as simple as that. Today, we’re looking at Innovation – a broad, but vital subject. Can only start-ups innovate? Can you scale innovation? Have the ‘innovation pessimists’ got a point?

Innovation drives growth but how it happens varies from company to company. Some exploit their assets – their brands, their IP, their people - to the full; others are explorers, always looking over the horizon for the next big thing. In today’s Huddle, we’re assembling a range of exploiters and explorers to debate innovation and how we drive it. We’ll look at start-ups in 2014, learn lessons from former start-ups who’ve become the biggest companies in the world, and look at how more traditional organisations reboot innovation (follow @mindshare_UK #mshuddle to learn more about who’s taking part). Huddle spaces are limited and exclusive so please come prepared to lean in and get involved in the debate. Unimagine everything you know about conferences – and come Huddle with us. View Less
