Sandra Douglass Morgan

Sandra Douglass Morgan is President of the Las Vegas Raiders and the first Black woman to lead an NFL franchise. She oversees all business operations and leads a new era of the Raiders’ business strategy at the intersection of sports, entertainment, and culture. Under her leadership, Allegiant Stadium has become a global stage for marquee events—from the Super Bowl to international concerts—while the Raiders have deepened brand engagement through innovative partnerships, community investment, and inclusive storytelling. A former Chair of the Nevada Gaming Control Board and City Attorney, Sandra brings regulatory and legal expertise to the business of sports. She serves on the Boards of Allegiant Travel Company (NASDAQ: ALGT) and Fidelity National Financial (NYSE: FNF), and is a sought-after voice on leadership, equity, and brand trust. Sandra is from Las Vegas and is passionate about building authentic connections with fans and fostering long-term value for partners.
