Emily Prazer

With over a decade in sports and entertainment, Emily Prazer excels in global strategic commercial
development, stakeholder management, and event execution. She currently holds a dual leadership
role as President & CEO of Las Vegas Grand Prix, Inc. (LVGP) and Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) for
F1.
Prazer joined LVGP in 2021 as the Senior Vice President of Commercial and was instrumental in the race’s creation and subsequent success. Ahead of the inaugural race, she was promoted to CCO for LVGP. Following the success of the first race, Prazer was promoted to CCO for F1 in December 2023.
In 2025, she was promoted to President & CEO of LVGP. In her expanded role, Prazer leads all efforts
for the Las Vegas Grand Prix, including commercial, race, and event operations. Prazer continues to serve as CCO for F1, with the goal of maximizing synergies between the two organizations, driving further growth for the sport in the US, and reinforcing F1’s commitment to local community engagement.
