Michael Frease

Mike is currently the Head of Creative for Whirlpool North America, leading their portfolio of brands, including Whirlpool and Maytag. With 70+ creative awards, he has built and rebuilt multiple iconic brands from the ground up, fueling them with purpose, innovation, and transformative ideas that permeate through marketing plans and into the entire organization.


Having worked for some of the best agencies in the country, Mike has a keen understanding and a deep respect for full funnel marketing. His blending of creative capabilities combined with strong business acumen has helped him acquire a proven track record of growing and inspiring teams that create award-winning work and business changing ideas for some of the world’s biggest brands.


Mike leads with a “family first” approach, always trying to put his daughter Sadie, son Fletcher and wife Ryanne at the front of the list. He spends most weekends either watching, coaching, or driving to and from his kid’s sports.
