Naveen is the Head of Global Sports Marketing – Basketball, at New Balance where he is responsible for creating the future state of the brand, setting the strategic direction, and leading the executional team to drive New Balance into a global consumer basketball brand. Naveen has over a decade of international experience in the sports marketing industry, spending time between North America and Europe. Prior to joining New Balance, Naveen held diverse roles at the National Basketball Association (NBA) in New York and London. While at the NBA, Naveen launched the first-ever NBA branded debit card and was a creator of the leagues’ successful cultural event platform, NBA Crossover. Naveen has experience with numerous consumer brands, including American Airlines, Meta, FootLocker, ExxonMobil, Gatorade, and BBVA, to bring their brand goals to life. When he isn’t focusing on New Balance, you can find him playing tennis, traveling, listening to music, or finding his next pair of sneakers.
