Fara Leff

Fara Leff is the Chief Operating Officer of KLUTCH Sports Group and Partner at UTA.
KLUTCH represents star athletes across professional basketball and football, and Leff guides the company’s culture and strategy through its employees, clients and partners, managing high-level operations and internal and external growth. Leff started KLUTCH in 2012 alongside CEO and Founder Rich Paul and is an innovative and dynamic industry leader.

Leff was named to Sports Business Journal’s Class of 40 Under 40 and the Athletics’ NBA 40
Under 40 list of executives shaping the industry’s future in 2022, and in 2021, TIME recognized
KLUTCH Sports on its first-ever list of TIME100 Most Influential Companies. Leff graduated
from the University of Miami with a BS in Marketing and currently resides in Los Angeles.
