Julian Franco is Senior Vice President, Product Management, HBO Max, responsible for developing the advertising experience for users of the ad-supported version of HBO Max. He recently played an instrumental role in the launch of the ad-supported tier of the platform in June, with a commitment to offering the lowest commercial ad load in the streaming industry.
Prior to joining the HBO Max team, Julian worked as Head of AVOD at Vudu, where he led the ad-supported video on demand initiative. Before this, he served as Vudu’s director of product management and led product across CTV, Mobile, and desktop before building and focusing on the ad supported businesses. Prior to his career in entertainment streaming, Julian led Ubisoft’s trade marketing department where they were responsible for handling market development funds across all of the company’s retail partners.
Julian holds dual degrees from Florida Atlantic University in marketing and international business.
