Valentina Granci

Valentina Granci leads Global Strategy at Mondelēz International, setting the strategic direction for the company. She oversees geo and category portfolio destinations, company annual Strategic Planning Process, high priority strategic initiatives, and strategic perspective on new business opportunities, including M&A and new category entry expanding Mondelēz Snacking leadership.

Prior to this role, Valentina advised Fortune 500 companies in solving strategic questions and driving growth at The Boston Consulting Group between Europe and the US. Her earlier experiences include financial advisory roles across PricewaterhouseCoopers, a boutique Merchant bank of the Unipol Group, and an eCom startup in Italy.

She holds a Bachelors and Masters in Economics and Management from University of Bologna, where she graduated summa cum laude. Valentina loves spending time with her big Italian family and going on hikes and bike rides with her husband and two sons.
