Milena Berry

Milena is the Co-Founder and CEO of PowerToFly - a global platform matching women in tech with jobs at innovative companies. PowerToFly has a strong social mission of giving jobs to women all over the world, while solving the diversity challenge the tech industry is facing.

She was born in Bulgaria and moved to New York City a week before September 11th to pursue a Masters at ITP NYU. Prior to co-founding PowerToFly, Milena has contributed to numerous startups, and had a blast being the CTO of Avaaz.org for 7 years.

Milena was recognized in Business Insider SA100 2014, and FastCompany Most Creative People in Business 2015. Her biggest accomplishment to date is her 3 children aged 5, 8 and 10.
