Deborah Marquardt
Deborah Marquardt is SVP, Managing Director at MediaVest. She is an expert in marketing to women spanning different life stages and lifestyles. In her role, Deborah focuses on content and experience design at the agency level, and oversees strategy and marketplace execution of the agency’s beauty business. Before MediaVest, Deborah spent 10 years in executive brand roles at L’Oreal USA, where she led media and integrated marketing for several of their iconic brands, including Maybelline NY, Garnier, Essie and Biolage. She has extensive experience in branded content and activation across all consumer touchpoints via partnerships that span NY Fashion Week, Project Runway, American Idol, and major music festivals. Deborah was recognized in 2013 as The Delaney Report's Corporate Media Executive of the Year, and in 2012 as an AdAge Media Maven and an Advertising Working Mother of the Year. Deborah is an Executive Member of Advertising Women of New York, and serves on AWNY’s Foundation Board
