I began my career on digital more than 14 years ago, where I was in charge of the Internet Comms department in Lóreal, launching a comms channel for women. This experience taught me that Internet could go beyond a banner.
Later on I jumped to the Creative Agencies world as responsible for several brands such as Volvo, Gilette, Lenovo KC and meany others.
This helped me a lot because I had to work together with traditional creatives that did not always understand or gave importance to the digital world. Defending the digital space was a real challenge that opened my mind in several ways.
As Managing Director of Digital Transformation in OmnicomMediaGroup, responsible of the all the disciplines that conforms the area and adding now the offline world allows me to guide my team to an integral thinking, based on data and results, helping the clients with performance and real time thinking and planning, to achieve their business goals.
