Julia leads creative strategy for the Facebook brands at the Global Business Marketing team in Latin America. She has extensive experience leading creative for global and regional brands, with focus in digital and content. Julia also works with internal and external Facebook initiatives around gender and diversity. With the Ads4Equality program, her focus is to challenge brands and business to rethink how people are represented in advertising, and provide actionable opportunities to generate more diverse, inclusive and honest advertising.
