Natalie is a board-level strategic leader with a consultative approach and over 25 years of experience in creative client delivery, project management and leadership roles within global networks such as WPP and IPG. As Chief Solutions Officer at Jellyfish she leads the C&E capability including Creative Collective and AI Studios, a team of 400 people globally using Gen AI to enhance content production and localization. Throughout her career she has developed a the ability to ask crucial questions while making difficult subjects approachable. Her passion lies in building high-performing teams focused on client delivery and empowering individuals to learn from each other.
