Richard Costa-D'Sa

Richard began his marketing career at i-level, leading digital planning and buying for major accounts. He then joined Jam, a social media agency, which grew significantly under his leadership as CEO, winning numerous awards and nominations, and growing to a 600-strong agency across 6 global offices. As well as securing global accounts like Samsung and Unilever, he received personal recognition, including nominations for Campaign's A-List and The Drum's list of influential leaders. After joining the Be Heard Group, he drove company integration and supported clients in re-integrating marketing, technology, and data disciplines under one front door. Currently, Richard works at Meta, building strategic relationships with WPP and Publicis' agencies.
