Dale Green

Dale Green is a Global Brand Director at Mars Wrigley. In his role, Dale is responsible for creating global advertising and innovation strategies behind some the world’s largest chocolate brands and for accelerating growth of the business. In addition, Dale leverages his passion for using brands and business as a change for good. He leads Purpose Marketing across segments for Mars Inc, ensuring that the marketing of Mars’ brands speaks to and celebrates the diversity of the consumers who enjoy them as well as being responsible in the world.

Dale is currently Deputy Vice Chair with UN Women’s Unstereotype Alliance, a thought and action platform that seeks to eradicate harmful gender-based stereotypes in all media and advertising content. He is also a member of the World Federation of Advertisers’ (WFA) Diversity & Inclusion Task Force, which seeks to challenge the wider industry to better represent and champion diverse identities.
